I'm leading the way because our future generations are at risk unless we find a way to change the course of this disease.
My grandkids have been involved in the walk from birth, they don't understand it all but they know we need to find a cure and that their Mornin (my Grandma Name) is leading the way. This year they are holding the Orange Flower showing support for the cause.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
