Oma's Team 

Eva Jacob was diagnosed in 2021 with Alzheimer's. She has since been a very happy-go-lucky lady! Her days are spent in her favorite pajama dress waiting for her next phone call. Her short term memory comes and goes but her roots are still pretty strong. Her best days are when she is able to view photos on her iPad of both great granddaughters, Eva & Ella. When she sits and swipes through photos she enjoys leaving comments and emoji's for us to see she's been busy!
