Jeanne and I are walking with a very good friend's team, Team Rowekamp.  Our connection goes way back to working with Terese and 
Mike in the world of Geospatial Information Systems.  Now, well after our worlds have moved on, we've re-connected for a very good 
cause; participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. 

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. I know 
how this disease can affect individuals like Terese's husband Mike or my Dad.  Our family has also seen how it affected Dad's sister 
Dorothy and a good friend’s mother, Shirley Huntley.  Although Dad passed in 2018 our commitment to this cause remains strong.
With awareness, research and dedication we can end Alzheimer's disease.
