I am involved in fundraising efforts because my father had the disease for several years. He lost his fight to Alzheimer's on April 30, 2020. Our team name is Nuts and Bolts because he (Marion) could fix anything...he was a mechanic most of his life. We will continue to do this for him and all the other families dealing with this disease in their own ways.
