I am walking for my family, for your family and a for every other family who has, or will be affected by Alzheimer's disease.
I am walking for the residents currently in my care and for those residents I have taken care of that have since passed from Alzheimer's disease.
I am walking for my daughter in hopes that one day in her lifetime- there is no more Alzheimer's disease. I walk for a brighter future for her and everyone else.
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
