Support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

The Together We Care, caregiver support group, since 2015 continues to support The Walk to End Alzheimer's by having a team.  This year the walk to end Alzheimer’s is on October 9, 2021 at Happy Rock Park.  Please come and walk with us and/or help us to find donors to support research focused on combating this dreaded disease.
