For many years I have walked the Alzheimer's walk with my dad to honor my mom.  This year feels unimaginable. Only last year my dad walked with me and everything seemed entirely fine with his health.   I am now walking in his honor - in his memory.    

The first quarter of 2021 happened in a blur.  It has been a very rough year losing him so quickly to progressive vascular dementia.  This year will be way different without him.  I will continue to walk until we find a cure.

Now, in 2021 I walk in memory of my dad and in honor of mom who is being slowly robbed of all of her memories. She was diagnosed with with Alzheimer's over 10 years ago.   She has made me who I am today so I try and make her proud every day. 

I walk to raise money to find a cure so no other family has to endure the struggle of seeing someone lose their memories that is dementia/Alzheimer’s.  If you can please consider supporting.
