When you see a family member or friend destroyed by a horrible disease what can you do? When my beautiful sister Laura died after suffering for 6 years, the Alzheimer's Association was my answer. I have participated in fundraising and the Lake County Memory Walk since 2010. I am not helpless because what I am doing makes a difference.
Join me for the 2022 Lake County Memory Walk on Saturday Oct. 1, 2022 -10:00 a.m. in Independence Grove. Please donate any amount you are able. This is a fundraiser. Finally, join my team by participating in the Memory Walk and add to the total.
There are worldwide research projects funded by the Alzheimer's Association. One goal would be to raise enough money to fund all requested projects. For more information go to: www.alz.org/research.
I'm walking to help reclaim the future for millions. By participating in the 2022 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's™, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.
Millions of people have Alzheimer's or a related dementia each year. It is fatal and there is no cure.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
