Many of you know that we lost my mother to Alzheimer's disease on 10/19/17. For many years our family worked to make sure she was pain-free, content, and safe. On Saturday 9/19/2020 I’m leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. I hope you will join me.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Families are struggling and our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
