Hi Everyone! This October 2nd, I will be walking for the 7th year in a row in memory of my Grandpa, Frank Luporini. He lost his fight to ALZ in January 2017. The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn't changed for me - and that's my commitment to #END_ALZ With everything that is going on in the world today, it is almost impossible to visit a loved one in a hospital or nursing home. People with ALZ need our help more than ever. They are scared and often alone and this disease is taking over. We need to raise money to help find a cure. I will never forget my Grandpa and everything that he did. I will NEVER stop fighting for him!
I am hoping that with all our efforts, someone, someday will discover a cure for Alzheimer's. I hope that researchers can find a cure and FAST! Even though it's too late to help my Grandpa, I hope the money I raise in his honor helps to find a cure to help other people (and all the Grandpas out there). I hope that you will support me when I walk. :)

No one should have to have ALZ.
PLEASE go hug a loved one and tell them how much you care about them, while they still remember you! :)
Now here's the e-mail that I am supposed to send you so you can read all about my walk and Alzheimer's ........
I'm walking to help reclaim the future for millions. By participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research, care and support.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you.
