Hi everyone, I think most know about my journey but in case you don't. My husband was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's (any one under the age of 65) at the age of 50. Yes, very young, but people are getting this disease even younger! Unfortunately we lost Dave two years ago, he was only 55 years old. The following  January we lost my mom as well to Alzheimer’s . In 8 months I lost two wonderful family members to this disease! Although heartbroken, we know they are no longer fighting this evil demon.

In the United States there are over 6 Million people suffering with Alzheimer's, with additional 400,000 with early (or Young) Onset Alzheimer's. Families fight this battle as their love one slows disappears from their live. It is a huge burden emotionally, physically and financially.

Families facing Alzheimer's and all other dementia need us now more than ever -- and with your help, we can be there for them.
