At CLC-Cappella we believe in the possibilities of supporting older adults and their families on the dementia journey. We are dedicated to honoring and respectful services and care for those living with dementia and are committed to doing our part in finding a cure for Alzheimer's and related dementias.

We will have a team take part in the walk at City Park on September 18th and we are encouraging those who do not want to go to the park, to host a walk at one of our Denver area communities.
