I am walking for the Alzheimer's first survivor!!! I want there to be a day in my lifetime, when I get to see that person. I am walking for my SON and all those his age, so that they have a chance... and they won't develop Alzheimer's in their lifetime....but there is more...
This year things look a little different. Things have definitely changed! I will tell you money isn't why the Alzheimer's Association exists; but it does give us the ability to make lives better. With all the other changes around us...we still work to make peoples lives the best we can make them while their family and loved ones struggle with Alzheimer's and other dementia.
Thank you for allowing us to make people feel better and give them the knowledge they need! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you.
