We, here at LaVilla Grande Care Center, care for residents everyday who suffer from this awful disease but, we are grateful that we have the opportunity to help them and their families through an extremely difficult time. Watching the changes that occur as this disease progresses and crying with family members as they realize that their loved one no longer recalls the wonderful times they shared together is a humbling experience. We pray daily for a cure for this devastating disease. Until that happens, we will be here loving and caring for these amazing people and helping them maintain the things they would want if they could tell us.
