My father, Rabbi Gilbert Kollin, was born in Brooklyn in 1934 and has lived and traveled all over the world, first as an Air Force chaplain and then as a rabbi. He has had a good and meaningful life, full of intellect, spirituality, fitness, and compassion for his fellow human beings. This awful disease has succeeded in severely limiting his ability to do the things he loves, but one thing it has not taken away is his incredible warmth and kindness. For this I am extremely grateful. My fervent wish is that Alzheimer's is eradicated forever - anything you can give helps me achieve this goal! Thank you in advance for your support.
