Hello all! I am raising funds for the fight against Alzheimer's. As some of you know, we lost my grandma Millie on Christmas Eve of 2017. Dementia and Alzheimer's are awful diseases and I hope that one day no one will ever have to experience either of them. Grandma was such a loving and deeply family oriented person. It was hard to see the slow decline and the days where she just wasn't herself. I know that Grandma wouldn't wish cognitive degeneration for anyone, even if she had an enemy. But we know Grandma loved all and always had kind words. I miss Grandma every day and I want her to know that she'll always be in our hearts. I love you, Grandma.
Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
