Dear Friends and Family,

Last December my adored mother Bibi (Abigail) passed away. Although the cause of her death at almost 91 was no related to Alzheimer, and she never developed memory loss - an amazing Miracle - she was diagnosed with the disease in her early 80's. For 10 years my family and I lived with the fear that the disease would start to advance at anytime, but we trusted her care to the most amazing physician, Dr. Helio. Still the fight is just starting.

I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. In the World, almost 50 million people (2019) carry the disease. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
