Alzheimer's is a terrible disease. My sister and her best friend Cathy walked in the Walk to End Alzheimer's every year in Monterey. Now she has been inflicted with this cruel disease herself. Her friends and family are picking up where she had to leave off.
The last three years have been terrifying for her. She no longer recognized people she had known for years. Even her best friend. I took her to numerous doctors and specialists looking for someone to save her. Anyone that knew her, knew she never gave up. This time she didn't have a choice.
Every year more and more of our loved ones are inflicted with Alzheimer's. Please support this cause with a donation or participation so other families can be spared this heartbreak.
