My story starts with my grandmother, Marion Scharf, my Dad's Mom, who lost her battle several years ago. This is a picture of her attending my 40th birthday party.  She was the first born of 9 children and spent a life time taking care of others.  I am committed to finding a cure for this disease so no one else in my family will struggle with this terrible disease. 

We are excited to walk on Walk day and I intend to wear my Walk t-shirt and carry my Promise Garden flower to raise awareness and raise funds so my own children and grandchildren won't have to go down this road.  Any amount of support you feel comfortable donating is a step in the right direction - won't you join me in this fight?
