Joyce was a a lot of things to a lot of people while I was growing up, but the thing that stood out was her charity. She was always creating something amazing, and she was always giving to those in need. She was a hero in her own way. She even taught me a lot of the skills I now use to be a hero for others. But she will never know that I carry on in her creative and charitable footsteps, because Alzheimer's is a thief.
I walk in her memory and in honor of the hope she brought others. But this team was started to walk for more.Will you hero up and join us?
