It’s my 36th birthday and I am officially launching the 2022 D-A Virtual 5K to help celebrate and support a cause extremely close to my heart, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alz.
In honor of my Grandma Westmyer and Grandma Roth who both lost their lives to the devastating Alzheimer's disease, I'm inviting my friends and family to make a small donation of at least $36 to the Alzheimer's Association and join in my current health journey by walking or running (or biking for you Peloton fans) a 5K (3.1 miles) at your own pace in any location between now and the end of July.
