This year's Walk to End Alzheimer’s will by my fifth year, but it will be my first in my mom's memory. They give out flowers to represent your reason for walking. I used to carry a yellow flower which stands for caring for someone with the disease. This year it will be a purple flower which stands for I lost someone with Alzheimer's, in her memory. She loved both yellow and purple flowers...
