Over the past several years, I have learned first-hand how devastating a disease Alzheimer’s is for everyone it touches, directly and indirectly. It is painful to watch someone you love so much, change so dramatically.
I am fundraising to honor my mom, Meg, the most loving, kind person I have known. She lost her battle with Alzheimer’s on April 7, 2020. I also walk to honor my dad who is living with the disease.
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. In honor of my parents, I am co-chairing the Seattle Walk on October 2nd with my sister Kerry.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please consider a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. I invite you to walk with us as well.
Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer's!
