Alzheimer’s can happen to anyone at any time. The disease has no barriers which is why it is so difficult to predict. The bottom line is that it is debilitating, simple as that. Never did I think that my strong healthy parents would succumb to the painful disease that slowly kills over time. Worst yet is the lose of their precious memories. As a family member, I can attest to the heartbreaking truth that eventually a person with Alzheimer’s will not recognize loved ones. In memory of our parents who farmed most of their lives, we are offering the sales of our Purple Asparagus, penned Purple Angel Asparagus, to benefit our Walk to End Alzheimer’s Team Thank you for your support
My brothers and I leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
