I'm walking to honor my beautiful Mother, who we lost in April 2019. I miss her terribly every day and pray that she is at peace. And also, to honor ALL people living with dementia, their family members, and all who have been lost, especially during this very difficult last year.
We're walking in 2021 — and we invite you to join us.
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is full of flowers, each carried by someone committed to ending this disease. Because like flowers, our participants don't stop when something's in their way. They keep raising funds and awareness for a breakthrough in the fight against Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
Walk to End Alzheimer's is happening — and you can join us at Six Flags on October 16th or Walk From Home in your neighborhood. The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to ending Alzheimer’s.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with me. And you.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
