My mom died from Alzheimer’s 6 years ago, my sister was diagnosed with sudden onset vascular dementia at age 63 she’s has some days are good and others days are really bad. It’s stressful to say the least and it came from out of no where one day she was fine next she day total different person.
UPDATE ON MY SISTER: First I could not have made last year without my girls and grandchildren! So you are NEVER ALONE!!! This is when Alzheimer’s association comes in, we are walking for my mom, sister and uncles but my family is walking for you and yours as well. Back to the update; my girls and I had to make the decision to put my sweet sister in the nursing home due to a fall, I promised her I would never put her in a nursing home until it became unsafe! She is doing great but due to COVID I went from seeing her multiple times a day 7 days a week to having to leave her at the nursing home And not seen her since. Praying it opens up soon! But FaceTime has been a blessing and the sweet staff at Merkel nursing home. She is doing great making friends and winning at bingo
I pray you never have to deal with this demon of a disease!!!! Donate to my team, start your own team if you have a loved one that suffers from dementia, Alzheimer’s, Lewy bodies you are in the right place! Please donate today if you donate and you have someone that is dealing with any of these diseases or last the battle feel free to donate in their name and they will go on my WALL OF HONOR! TIA and I’m here to help you!
