I am passionate about helping this cause as I lost my loving Grandmother, Edith (aka, Edie) last year at age 99, after battling this horrible disease for almost 10 years. It was really hard on my family near St. Louis and I tried to see her anytime I could when I had corporate meetings up there. Due to Covid and other circumstances we could not even attend her funeral. I am doing a separate team this year in honor of her great life and to help raise awareness for others to ultimately help find a cure to have people age with more dignity and remember their great lives they've lived.
Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association® to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.
Families facing Alzheimer’s and all other dementia need us now more than ever — and with your help, we can be there for them. Please make a donation or register as a participant and start your own fundraising. Together, we can end Alzheimer’s disease.
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
