The Cincinnati Tri State Walk to End Alzheimer's falls on October 2nd. This year the Walk to End Alzheimer's means even more to me. I am so lucky to have had 97 years with my mom, but she lost the battle to dementia this week. Words cannot describe this hole in my heart. I am asking all my friends and family to please donate to help me reach my fundraising goal over the next few weeks. This horrible disease has impacted my family, like so many others across the world. We must all work together to help #ENDALZ
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
