Family and friends: on September 19, 2020, I will be virtually participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Springfield, MO with my Sigma Kappa sisters. This walk holds such a special place in my heart as Alzheimer’s/dementia impacted my grandma, Mima, and it is one of my sorority’s biggest philanthropies! (Fun fact: Sigma Kappa is the 2nd leading donor to the Alzheimer’s Association, right behind the government!) It would mean the world if you would consider donating to my fundraiser to help find a cure for this terrible disease. My individual fundraising goal this year is $500.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer's!
