I am participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's to honor my birth-mother, Jane Belle, who suffered with Alzheimer's starting in her early 60s until her death at age 75.  Jane Belle passed away before I could meet her and thank her for giving me life. I would appreciate your help and support with my endeavor to raise money to support this cause.  

I hope by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® that there will soon be the first survivor of this illness which steals away memories and so much more. 

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
