From May 9 - 30, we challenge you to walk at least 6,000 steps per day in honor of the more than 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer's and to start raising funds to help #ENDALZ. Here's how to participate:

📲 Install the Walk mobile app and connect to Strava, Apple Health or Google Fit.
👟 Take a walk each day and track or enter your daily steps.
💜 Share your progress with friends & family to raise funds and awareness for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
