As a member of the Revere Court walk to end team, you can make a real difference for individuals who are living with Alzheimer's Disease and also, the people who love them. the worlds largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
We have all been inspired to participate in the walk every year to honor our loved ones past and present at Revere Court. We all start off as strangers, in the beginning but in the end we all become family in our journey.
