I'm walking in honor of my dear mother Marian, who God called home in August 2015 following a long and painful struggle with Alzheimer's.
I have so many gifts in my life, but most pale in comparison to the gift of my mom; truly a woman of virtue, a woman of God. I hope to pass to my children what I think was Mom's unspoken motto: "Both your success and your happiness will be measured by the good deeds, the joy and the service you bring to others."
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you. God bless you all,
Jim, Parveen, Garrett, Sophia, Francesca, Vaughn and Oreo Werner (all part of the Hyatt Chicago Walk Team!!!)
Thank you for helping advance Alzheimer's support, care and research.
