** Well, here I go again.  The $500 goal was surpassed, so I'm going to be daring and up it to $1,000.  

* I had no clue what to put for my goal, so I put $200.  Within minutes, that goal was exceeded, so I changed my goal to $500.  Hope I underestimate again and have to change it to more.

I'm participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® to honor my mom, Barbara Irene (Glennon) May.  The Team, Peacock Pride, is from Chestelm Rehab & Health Center, where mom resides. 

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
