This has been quite a year! I know many of you have and are facing physical, financial and emotional challenges facing a year dealing with Covid-19. I cant help but think of the people we have lost to this pandemic. But I am keenly aware that those caretakers of their loved ones who are struggling with Alzheimers Disease and other forms of Dementia are facing even tougher challenges. So many of us have lost loved ones to Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia. It robs people of who they are and any relationship with those that love them. I am walking to honor those I have admired and lost but especially this year for Laura Coats. Laura gave generously to our community...Cuesta College, especially to the North County Campus, to Studios on the Park and the Cancer Support Community.
In this very unique year we are trying to walk in our own communities. I am asking you instead to join me in donating to Alzheimers Assn. I believe the research that your donations support will help find a cure for this dreaded disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
I'm participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® because I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor — but I need your help!
Will you help me reach my fundraising goal of $4,000.00 by making a donation today? Visit my personal fundraising page to make a secure, tax-deductible donation or download and print the paper form on my page to mail in with a check. All donations benefit the Alzheimer's Association — and every dollar makes a difference in this fight.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease!
