.I was 56 years old and after a full year of testing was diagnosed with EOA. My mother died in 2017 after 61/2 years with Alzheimers. My father died at 10 years of Alzheimers they had full time caregivers. I had symptoms as far back as December 2017. I am unable to work and my wonderful wife Cyndi is my caregiver. She helped me take care of my parents and is now responsible for my care and the sole income provider for our household. I have a lot of guilt for the pressure and stress that has been on her for years for all the care for me and my parents she has lovingly given to us. It is very important with Alzheimers you have the support of family and friends to help you thru this horrible disease.
Update Cyndi, my loving wife and caregiver died of Covid 12/8/2020 RIP.
My sister Anne, two sons Brett and Cordale and friends have all have committed to assisting me as I decline thru the stages of this horrible disiease. I have already been diagnosed at stage 5 out of 7 stages. But I do have 3 symptons out of the typical stage 6 symptoms.
Please help my team by joining me by walking for a cure or donating if you are able.
I'm sure my wife Cyndi, Mom and Dad will be walking in heaven with us,
Jay and family
