Our Goal

The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to ending Alzheimer’s. This year, Walk to End Alzheimer’s is everywhere — on every sidewalk, track and trail.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. This year’s event won’t be a large in-person gathering — instead, we invite you to walk in small teams of friends and family while others in your community do the same. Because we are all still walking and fundraising for the same thing: a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

How to Participate

1. Register for your local Walk.

Sign up as a Team Captain, team member or individual.

2. Start fundraising and spread the word.

We'll provide tips and coaching every step of the way, including easy ways to raise funds online.

3. Join us on Walk day.

Take part in an interactive online experience, then walk in your community.

This year, we're bringing you new and exciting ways to experience the event.

Log in to Mainstage, the event's interactive online experience. Livestream the Opening and Promise Garden Ceremony.

Walk in your neighborhood, on any sidewalk, track or trail. Download the Walk to End Alzheimer's app to track your steps and receive messages of support along your route.

Please follow CDC guidelines and recommendations from local health officials when deciding to walk with those outside of your household.

News and Announcements

 

Thank you to everyone who has registered and participated this year.  Registration and Fundraising will continue through the end of the year.  You can still register, walk and earn your Walk T-Shirt, Champion Levels, and other incentives.

Donations can deposited through the "Walk to End Alzheimer's"  App OR mailed directly to our Dallas Office, 3001 Knox St #200, Dallas TX 75205  (tell us it's for the Ellis County Walk and the participant/team to credit).

You still have time to earn you Walk T-Shirt!  Raise $100 and receive your Walk T-Shirt in the mail.

Here are some of the things you will be able to do on the app:

1.  You have the option to deposit checks directly to your personal fundraising page.  Mobile deposits are instant and recommended.

2.  You can send emails or texts to friends & family from the app asking them to donate to your fundraising page.
