As many of you know and for those who do not, I am the Team CPT for Anna's Walk, Walk To End Alzheimer's. My family and I walk in memory of my mom, Anna who for 11 years lived with Alzheimer's Disease. She passed away on Dec 31, 2014. My mom's sister, Mary passed away in 2016 of this same disease. Their mother, my grandmother, Angeline also passed away from Alzheimers. Raising money for Alzheimer's Disease is very important to myself and my family because of the major impact it has had on our remaining family members.
Today over 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's Disease. This year an estimated 500,000 Americans will be diagnosed, which means it's likely to affect people we know, including our friends and loved ones.
This is why our Alzheimer's Disease Research 2020 Annual Fund Drive is SO important and why I am asking you to help us fund critically needed research that may ultimately lead to a cure and continue to provide valuable information to the public. Your monetary gift can help researchers unravel the mysteries of this mind robbing disease. Thank you for your support! The 2020 Walk To End Alzheimer's is Sat, Oct 3rd. More details to follow.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
