My mom has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She has been a rock in my life and my inspiration. She is a prayer warrior, always praying for her family, friends, and community. This terrible disease is slowly taking her thoughts, her memories, her life. I am participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's to honor my mom, Sandy Nolte, and for all Americans who have Alzheimer's. I am walking to raise awareness and to raise money for research and an end to this tragic disease.
Please join our team. Come and walk with us on October 13th. Please make a donation to help us reach our goal.
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
