Dear Family, Friends, and Caregivers,
My name is Amanda Perry, and I am the Team Captain for Team Spring Oak of Vineland. In the past three years on the Alzheimer's Committee for Cumberland County, I have done my best to advocate, and raise awareness for this disease, by offering resources to our families and the community. One of my most rewarding accomplishments has been to be one of the top fundraisers of 2018 and I plan on doubling what I helped raise last year. This year, I am trying to reach a huge goal for the community! I have begun reaching out to supporters to help me reach that goal. I am walking to help reclaim the future for millions by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® in Cumberland County on October 20th at the Millville Motorsports Park. I am committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research, care, support, and ultimately a cure!
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please consider walking with us, or making a donation to my page at http://act.alz.org/goto/SpringOakofVineland and help me reach my goal again this year! For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining the movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you & me! To contact me directly, please email me at AmandaPerry@SpringOak.net
