Over twenty years ago, I joined the fight to find a cure for Alzheimer’s Disease as a tribute to my grandmother Dottie. I continue this effort in honor of my dad. My hope is that our children and grandchildren can grow up in a world where there is a cure for this disease.
Over the years, your contributions have helped fund programs and services for Alzheimer’s patients as well as their caregivers and families. I have volunteered at these programs and I can tell you, firsthand, that they make a difference in the lives of so many.
Your contributions have also funded worldwide scientific studies, leading to advances in biomarker detection and lifestyle intervention. While these studies provide promise and hope, definitive treatments continue to be elusive and the number of Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease is projected to be 14 million by 2050. We need to alter this trajectory and continue the fight.
Thank you for your continued support. Hope to see you on September 29th!
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
