I am participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's in honor of my Grandma, Edith Hobson, and Mrs. Ingold. Both of these women have impacted my life greatly and for that I am truly thankful! I spent a lot of time in the kitchen or on the porch with my Grandma Hobson and during those moments she taught me a lot about life. I cherish those memories and participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's in honor of them. In addition, I am participating for others that have been impacted by this disease and in an effort to be proactive for future generations.
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 14 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
