Currently, over 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and that number is expected to increase to 16 million by 2050. Not only this, but Alzheimer's is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States and is the ONLY disease on the top 10 list that can not be prevented, cured or slowed down.
For the past 6 years, my chapter at Mizzou has been the top fundraising Sigma Kappa chapter in the nation. Our goal is to raise $85,000 as a chapter this year and we need your help to get there. We would greatly appreciate any donation made to help against fighting this disease, even if it is just $1! By making a donation, you can help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
Together, we can make a difference and can end this disease- for my Papa, my Grammy, your loved ones, your friends, and many others in the fight. We could even end it in this generation, but the end to Alzheimer’s starts with you.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
