Patsy's condition continues to decline but progression is very slow. She has been in assisted living for almost four years now. I continue to see her every day and help her with dinner most days. It is still a great pleasure to just sit together on the sofa with Patsy resting her head on my shoulder. She no longer knows who I am but seems to sense a safety and closeness when we are together. Small blessings.
