My Dad, Bernie had Alzheimer's when he passed away, as did my Father-In-Law Paul. But now it is personal. I have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), which means I am very susceptible to having Alzheimer's disease. I would love it if you could be a part of the nation's largest "Walk to End Alzheimer's" in America! I will be walking in Cottage Grove, MN and you can join my team and participate in the Walk in your own neighborhood. I am sure that most of you know somebody that has lost the fight to Alzheimer's Disease, or other dementia, or is currently afflicted with the disease. More then 20 million people are caring for loved ones that have Alzheimer's. I'm walking to help reclaim the future for millions, and so can you! By participating in the 2020 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's(tm), I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support. If you can walk with me please sign up today. If you are not able to join me on the day of the Walk, then please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
