Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we.
We have all heard about someone who has/had Alzheimer's or other forms of Dementia, but until it hits you personally you can't really know how hard the journey is. Ten years ago, our beautiful Aunt Sharon was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Then in 2018 her younger brother, Robert (our amazing Dad) was also diagnosed. Sadly, Dad lost his battle on August 20th. Needless to say, this disease has hit our family hard, but we are fighters. This year, we walk in memory Robert and to honor Sharon.
