Karen Evans has always demonstrated a caring heart. Whether teaching Sunday School, serving on church committees, teaching Junior Achievement classes, or volunteering for Special Olympics, she believes in giving back to her community. She has also volunteered for Hospice, a local food pantry, and currently serves in her church's food ministry. Karen was first diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease in August 2019. Her courageous, brave spirit with which she is fighting this disease is amazing to all of us! Karen is determined to live her life to the fullest! Her number one priority is spending as much time as she can with her family, especially her two precious grandsons.
