This is my seventh year to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Since Bryce passed away in 2016, my involvement with the Alzheimer's Association has greatly increased. I feel compelled to work toward doing my part to help end this horrible disease that has wrecked so many lives and families.
I am helping to reclaim the future for millions by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. In addition to this Walk, I am volunteering with Catholic Community Hospice patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you. Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure. Thank you for joining the movement!
