in February of 2019, Pam and I learned that she has early-onset Alzheimer's. It's been an interesting road since then, with a range of emotions coming into play. What has been great since then is the number of friends and family that have rallied to our side and made themselves available for talking, laughing, crying, or any of a number of expressions of emotion that come our way.
Our relationships have grown deeper, the uncertainty of our future (like everyone's) has been more illuminated, and our God has grown closer in this time. Our attentions are more tightly focused on the cause of solving Alzheimer's than ever before - and to that end, we will walk.
We'll walk with our God, we'll walk to raise funds for a cure, and we'll walk this road - looking forward to what God has in store for us around the next corner.
