Support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
We are strutting to honor and support the amazing Susan Fjeldheim. Sue was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s in 2014 at the age of 57. She is the beautiful, generous, and most loving mother of Samantha (who has cerebral palsy and severe intellectual disabilities), Alexandra, and Erik. Her and her husband, Ron, have been married for 30 years. Sue was a speech language pathologist in the Greenwood School District in South Holland, Illinois for over 34 years. Those that know Sue know how compassionate and effervescent she truly was, and still remains to this day despite her Alzheimer’s disease. It is with that spirit that we wish to celebrate her life and Walk to End Alzheimer’s!
